ISACA本部の Certification Coordinator 宛にメールで申請を行いました。
その際のメールをサンプルで掲示しておきます。
山田 太郎さんが、申請フォームと大学の卒業証明証をそれぞれPDFにして添付し、
メールを送信した場合を想定して作成しました。
（大学の卒業証明証をPDF化した際、複製防止用「COPY」の文字が載ってしまいましたが 申請は問題なく通りました。）
